I have purchased quite a few items from you and have always been very pleased with the products however this time I'm disappointed

The stone looks very different from the photos and what I was expecting but the stone was thin and sat below the rim of the ring, spoiling the finished look. As stated, I have been very pleased with previous items. This has been the exception.
