A few things at my purchase (which I sent back). Love is communication with customers. Fun that someone dares to stand out with a bold language, Also quick to answer me as a customer, as well as delivery. The negative is that I get a bag that is so full of scratch that I do not want to keep it, and when I send it back, I'll pay the shipping. Sure, when I was not dissatisfied with the bag (it was sickly nice), but it was too bad for me to keep it.
